You may read it, and you may contact us through it. That is what it is for. In using it, please do not:

• Submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to send us.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site or its systems that is not public.
• Interfere with its operation, including by automated submissions or by overwhelming it with requests.
• Scrape or copy the content in bulk for republication.

We may restrict access where any of the above is happening. There is no account to lose, so in practice this means blocking a request or a source.

Everything here is general information about what we do. It is not advice, and nothing on this site creates an engagement between us or an obligation on our part to provide anything. An engagement starts when we both sign something that says so.

Our industry pages describe publicly documented programmes run by others. Those are illustrations of an approach. They are not our projects, our clients or our credentials, and nothing on those pages should be read as a claim that we built them or were involved in them.

Statistics quoted on this site carry their source and the date we verified them. Figures date, and we review them periodically rather than continuously.

The products listed here run on their own sites, under their own terms and their own privacy policies. Following a link out of this site takes you to one of those, and what happens there is governed by the terms you find there, not by this page.
